We have been assessed by Visit England under the National Accessible Scheme as suitable for Older and less mobile guests. We have a "Mobility One" rating which is defined as:
Typically suitable for a person with sufficient mobility to climb a flight of steps but who would benefit from fixtures and fittings to aid balance.
Please note that with this rating, we are not graded as specifically suitable for:
Part time wheel chair users.
Independent or assisted wheelchair users.
Visually impaired guests.
Hearing impaired guests.
We have welcomed guests in the past who are hearing or visually impaired or part time wheelchair users. Please call us on 01452 410411 to discuss requirements before making a booking if you have any disabilities or mobility issues so we can help you decide if the trip is suitable for you. This is for your safety and for everyone else's safety in the event of an emergency on board and an evacuation is necessary.
We can carry some mobility aids such as a folding wheelchair, walking frame or rollator per cruise. Passengers wishing to bring mobility aids like this must call us to book to ensure availability.
You should seek advice from a healthcare professional such as a GP, practice nurse, pharmacist or travel health clinic to obtain advice before travelling with us if you are unsure if the cruise is suitable for you.
